The cost for our pain treatment depends on your individual condition and treatment plan, but in general, treatment cost can range from a couple of hundred to several thousand dollars.

Insurance

We will file the necessary insurance claim forms for the assessment exam and therapy, along with any necessary letters explaining the treatment plan for care.  It is the patient's responsibility to follow up with their insurance company should benefits be denied.
